Everyone may encounter various failures while driving an Excavator Log Grapple. I think the most common one is that you can’t catch a car. A lot of small digging is done in a casual way. Every day, you have to wait for the user's phone or the user to come to the door and go to work. At this time, if the excavator can't catch the car, I don't know how worried. As a China Excavator Company, share with you.

1. Circuit

There are many reasons why an excavator can't hit a car, and the reasons for not getting a lot of cars are circuits. So how to judge that the circuit is the reason that you can't catch the car?

The circuit failure caused the car not to be hit. The main reason is that the ignition switch is unresponsive or the starting motor speed is too low, which can feel the feeling of powerlessness. If these two phenomena can't hit the car, it can be roughly determined that the starting circuit is faulty, so how to troubleshoot?

2. Check the battery pile head

Check the circuit from the source, first check the battery pile head, clean the battery pile head, and then tighten the screw of the pile head, many vehicles are because the battery pile head is loose, resulting in poor contact and insufficient voltage. Conditional owners can use a multimeter voltage file to measure the battery voltage.

If the battery is not faulty, the next step is to check the line. Follow the battery line to check whether the line is broken or the connector is loose.

3. Check the relay box fuse box

Next start to check the start relay and fuse box, open the relay box to check if the connector is loose, and then open the fuse box to check whether the start circuit fuse is burnt out.

Of course, the failure of the starting motor or the generator can also cause the car to not be able to drive. Among them, the generator failure will cause the generator to fail to generate electricity normally, and the battery power cannot be replenished, resulting in a low or no rotation of the starting motor.

4. Check whether there is enough fuel

First check whether there is oil in the fuel tank. Maybe everyone will find this step too incredible, but in fact, there are not many users who can't get a car because the fuel tank is out of fuel.

Cars with good fuel gauges can observe the fuel tank fuel quantity through the fuel gauge, but at this time still check the fuel tank through the fuel tank level gauge or open the fuel tank cap to check whether there is enough fuel in the fuel tank. After all, the fuel gauge will also malfunction.

5. Water release from oil-water separator

After determining that there is enough diesel in the fuel tank, the next step is the oil-water separator. In fact, many owners do not have the habit of draining the oil-water separator every day. If the quality of the oil used is not high, it may be due to diesel water. Too many to start.
